SAIYU Site Induction – Welcome and Instructions​

Purpose

  • This site induction ensures everyone working or visiting our site understands our safety procedures, company policies, and site-specific requirements so work can be carried out safely and legally. Who Must Complete This Induction
  • All workers, contractors, subcontractors, apprentices/trainees, suppliers delivering to controlled areas, and visitors who may enter operational areas. Time Required
  • Allow approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. What You Need
  • Current General Construction Induction (White Card).
  • Evidence of licences/competencies where applicable (e.g., high-risk work licence, plant tickets).
  • Your employer/company details and emergency contact. What You Will Do
  • Provide your details and role information.
  • Read key site rules, emergency procedures, and hazard/incident reporting requirements.
  • Acknowledge you will follow Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and site signage.
  • Provide a digital signature confirming your understanding and agreement. Mandatory Requirement
  • No person may start work on site until they have completed this induction, hold a current White Card, and are briefed on the site-specific rules, hazards, controls, and emergency arrangements. Privacy and Consent
  • Information you provide is collected to manage safety, training and legal compliance. It will be stored securely and may be shared with regulators or emergency services where required by law. By proceeding, you consent to SAIYU holding these records (including your digital signature) for compliance and audit purposes. Thank you for supporting a safe, respectful and efficient workplace.
